No outside guests.Private entrance on the 2nd floor. Your suite has 2 private queen bedrooms, 2 sets of triple bunks located in the main area,& futon that sleep 2. Full kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer. The Landing Hub offers a truly unique experience with a variety of accommodations to suit every guest. • Captain Rooms (1st floor) – Sleep 2 with a full private bath. • Pilot Rooms (2nd floor) – Sleep 2 with a half bath in the room, plus 2 shared shower rooms for four rooms. • Yacht Suites – Sleep up to 12, featuring a kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry. • Boxcar Suites – Sleep 7, with a full bathroom and kitchenette. • Luxury Concord Suite – King bed with a private jacuzzi. • Star Wars Pod Rooms – Two themed rooms sleeping 6 or 8. Guest Guidelines for a Safe and Enjoyable Stay • No outside guests: For the safety and security of all our guests, please do not invite visitors who are not registered at the hotel. If you’d like to host a gathering, an event room is available for rent. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. You don’t have to go to bed, but please keep the noise in your room at a respectful level for neighbors above, below, and next to you. • Community spaces: During quiet hours, please keep noise from ping pong, pool, or other gatherings at a considerate level. • Children: We love that kids are excited about their stay! Please remind them to avoid running and shouting inside, so everyone can enjoy the space. • Pets: If your dog barks when left alone, please take them with you when you leave the room. • Host availability: We live in town and visit the property several times a day.
